Supportix provides protection plans and technical support for a wide range of home and office appliances.
Each service plan clearly defines what is covered, duration, and support limits.
Optional upgrades or extended coverage may be available at an additional cost.
Clients must provide accurate appliance details and maintain valid plan coverage to access benefits.
Supportix is not responsible for damage resulting from misuse, unauthorized repairs, or manufacturer defects beyond coverage terms.
Coverage applies only to registered appliances within the active plan period.
Supportix reserves the right to deny claims if an appliance is deemed irreparable, improperly installed, or has exceeded its serviceable lifespan.
Clients may cancel their plan within 7 days of purchase for a full refund, provided no service has been used.
After 7 days or once a service claim is processed, no refunds will be issued.
If a customer wishes to upgrade or transfer coverage, Supportix may accommodate the request under specific terms.
Our expert team provides diagnostic and troubleshooting assistance remotely or on-site (as per plan type).
Supportix is not liable for data loss, accidental damage, or third-party service interactions during technical assistance.
All payments for coverage plans or technical services must be completed before activation.
Recurring billing (if applicable) will only continue with your authorization.
Supportix does not store credit card information directly; all transactions are processed through secure, verified payment gateways.
All materials, service guides, and documentation provided by Supportix are proprietary and may not be redistributed or reproduced without permission.
Supportix’s liability is limited to the maximum value of the active plan or service purchased.
We are not responsible for consequential or indirect losses resulting from appliance failure or downtime.
Supportix may update these Terms periodically to reflect service changes or legal requirements.
